We should set up a PPA on Launchpad to make it easier to install daily builds and/or alpha releases.

- Set up a proper install target. The main executable is now installed
to $PREFIX/bin, and the tuning dictionary is installed to
  $PREFIX/share/powertab/powertabeditor.
- Change the organization and application name given to QCoreApplication
(which is used by QSettings and QStandardPaths). This allows the
tuning dictionary to be loaded from
  $PREFIX/share/powertab/powertabeditor, and custom tuning dictionaries
will be saved under ~/.local/share/powertab/powertabeditor. Settings
will now be saved to ~/.config/powertab rather than ~/.config/Power
  Tab.

Since the Ubuntu package doesn't ship with a CMake find module, one is
included here.

Added a PPA at https://launchpad.net/~powertab-developers/+archive/ubuntu/powertabeditor-stable. The alpha 10 build will have better integration (file associations, icons, etc)
