Here are some suggested aggregate measures of performance that might help people judge the relative performance of competing agents:

Cost of delivered power
Market share by population, by power consumption, by power production
Revenue/delivered KWh
Margin expressed as (revenue - cost) / cost
Mean and standard deviation of imbalance.
