Flashlight parameters (and possibly algorithms) are wrong

Most constants and algorithms, like flashlight size, flashlight position and combo size changes, are either wrong or need some rethinking (see #3687)

I'm starting a short list of things here that need to change in order for flashlight to match stable. Let me know if I should add anything to the list (probably needs a lot of help for mode-specific ones since I'm unfamilliar)

Bugs:

• Flashlight size is also accounting for playfield position (fixed in Implement dimming for sliding on sliders with flashlight mod #4617)
• Break time needs to be accounted correctly (fixed in Implement dimming for sliding on sliders with flashlight mod #4617)
• Initial flashlight position is incorrect in AutoPlay (The initial position for osu! Flashlight is incorrect in autoplay #4668)

Needs Implementation/Discussion:

• Play-field dimming when sliding (Flashlight dim on sliders not implemented  #4238)
• A expand/contract animation for break-time. (Flashlight should expand and contract for lead-in and break times #4666)
• Direction for flashlight in osu!mania (Discussion regarding vision mods in mania #3687)
• Flashlight should follow the cursor with a delay (osu! flashlight should not follow the mouse 1:1 #4665)
