Constant complaints about startup volume mean we should reduce it further and let users adjust as they see fit.

Levels seem fine. A bit softer than spotify when checking a few tracks but audible.
Not sure about that entire normalisation discussion but as you said that's not anywhere near ready so we can probably revisit when it is. Maybe this is something @nekodex may be interested into chiming in on?

Values are from matching roughly with Apple Music volume of the same song, which should be a good guideline for not overpowering other things on system.
