This broke FBOs in osu!.
I've tried to fix this in https://github.com/smoogipoo/veldrid/tree/attempt-fix-mtl-pipeline-cache, resulting in:
As you can see, there's still brokenness, and I'm not entirely sure why it's happening - the branch above looks sound and has gone through several iterations to get to that state.
Of note, this was already unused (not intentionally so) prior to #49.
