Added payhere SDK & Payment Handles scripts to the donate page footer.
functions are tested on netlify dev & ready to move to developing the success page

added basic structure with test data
Netlify function will send the user upon successful payment
adding /donate to the success page path
donation form & bank details moduled as partials
