Maya can do a lot of things like managing your computer, sending emails or whatsapp messages for you, getting weather information, playing offline or online music, opening browser or youtube and even search news or any other information on wikipedia for you. She can read and write your given dictation as well.
- It uses Google Speech Recognition Engine and Various other APIs like GMail Api, OpenWeather API, News API, etc.
Installing Dependencies:
- Open Terminal/CMD
- Open Terminal or CMD, then Type
pip install -r <path to the software requirements.txt> - Example:
pip install -r c://Users/Downloads/Maya/requirements.txt - Search for PyAudio-0.2.11-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whl in the software folder
- In Terminal/CMD run
pip install PyAudio-0.2.11-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whl
Important Steps to Setup Maya:
- Goto Google Less Secure Apps and toggle the Less Secure Apps to allow python to send the emails for you.
- Setup your email address and password as your environment variables to maintain your privacy.
- In datadynamic.py change the Emails and Phone numbers given in the code. You will be guided in the code.
- After running
Maya.exe, you may ask her Who are you? - Ask What is the weather? to get the weather details of any place.
- Ask What is the news? to get the news.
- Ask How old are you? to get her age.
- Say Open Google to open your Chrome Browser
- Say Tesla on wikipedia to get the information of Tesla (or anything of your choice)
- Say Stream In the End to listen the song 'In the End' from YouTube
- Say Distance between Delhi and Chandigarh to get the distance. You can mention any two places for which you want to get the distance.
- Say Send Email to make Maya send Email for you. You have to enable Less Secure Apps for it mentioned above in Important Steps.
- Say Send WhatsApp to send WhatsApp messages through Maya.
- Maya can Read/Write/Edit your given dictation as well. Simply say I want to use your dictation feature and interact accordingly with her.
- Maya can also open Stack OverFlow, Github and Instagram on your browser. Simply say Open Github (Instagram/Stack OverFlow) to execute this command.
Dont Delete Any Files.. IT MAY CRASH THE SOFTWARE!
