In #170, someone suggested we push release containers to docker hub.

This sounds like a great idea to me. Would anyone object if we did this?

@johngeorgewright I have manually pushed the latest two tags of Prebid Server to DockerHub here: https://hub.docker.com/r/prebid/prebid-server/

I've also automated the release so that the DockerHub images will be kept up to date with the Git tags.
