WordPress 6.1 has changed the HTML of the sign up and activate pages: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2022/10/20/multisite-registration-and-activation-pages-have-new-html-and-css/#comment-44004. The styling now looks quite broken on Pressbooks, in part because of Aldine theme rules re: fieldsets:

We should fix this so that these pages are functional and attractive
