I guess at some point we could start looking into :focus-visible so that the focus style doesn't show up when using the mouse. On dotcom we have JS that prevents it. I guess another mini-project. 😅

I'm adding focus outlines to the
.btn-invisibleand.close-buttonfor better a11y. Currently there's no outline https://primer.style/css/components/buttons#close-button
