As you know, I think it is very beneficial to have detailed documentation:
http://w3.pppl.gov/~shudson/Spec/subroutines.html

Shall we just continue with the format that I have been using, or do you have any other suggestions?

Should we have "mirror" websites, or should we just keep the documentation on my website?

Something like this webpage in FOCUS? You can look at GitHub pages or I can help when available.

I pushed a small change in the Makefile in the master branch so that Stuart can compile pdfs normally. The GitHub pages (https://princetonuniversity.github.io/SPEC/) are in the branch gh-pages. You can checkout and edit the documentations whatever you like.
