Corresponding prisma2 issue: prisma/migrate#107

We should:

  • Fix what doesn't work
  • Test both MySQL 8.x and previous versions in the test suite

@janpio It caused a bit of confusion in the review this afternoon, so here's a proper issue. I implemented more systematic automated testing and it surfaced a bunch of issues, I'll discuss it monday to confirm, but I'll probably continue working through those issues beginning of next week.

#47 was merged. The fix will be live in the next alpha (252) / preview (15) release.
