Trust Levels (For Privly-Type Content Hosts)

Every domain will operate under one of three "Trust Levels." Descriptions of each trust level are provided below.

Full Trust

Full-Trust hosts abide by the Privly Host Guidlines. User's can remove domains from this tier of trust, but they cannot add domains not found on the default whitelist. The current defaults include:

• priv.ly
• dev.privly.org
• localhost
• privlyalpha.org
• privlybeta.org
• localhost:3000

Some Trust

Some-Trust domains are manually added to the trusted list by the user

Untrusted

Untrusted domains are any domain not explicitly marked for "Some Trust" or "Full Trust"

Injection Configuration (For Host Sites)

Every host site will be configurable according to these settings:

1. Inject Full Trust links only.
2. Inject Full Trust and Some Trust links.
3. Deactivate Privly

Sites will all default to setting (2).

The operation mode toggle button will switch between modes (2) and (3), and changes to this mode will be remembered in the cookie store.
