What is the "desktop pull-out selection box"? Do you mean the sound that plays when an error or warning is shown?

Pull out the blue box on the desktop.

Sorry, I still don't understand what you are referring to.
Blue box? Do you mean Empty the Trash?

What the heck is this? Never heard this. It is not a sound effect I have put in intentionally. I also cannot reproduce this.

This is a very strange bug. I have absolutely no idea where this is coming from.

Does it happen on other computers too?

Yes, it does, it's just very quiet but still audible.

The device is a USB speaker connected to the Audio on the back of the Desktop PC

Please list all computers you have tested this on. I would like to reproduce it. Thanks!

Gigabyte H61M-S1
Gigabyte H55M-D2H

In ASUS P8277-V LX
I plugged the speaker USB and mouse into the same USB expansion cable, and then plugged it into the back of the computer, and the problem reappeared.
It’s just that the sound is just an ordinary hissing sound, but it is also reproduced #11 (comment)

Very strange, I have no explanation for this.
