Modified the "find_miner_fpga" function to ask the user which Altera JTAG hardware to search for miner code. This solves the problem of having multiple Altera USB Blasters on one host computer with one FPGA on each JTAG chain. This does not solve the problem of having multiple FPGAs on one JTAG chain.
