Howdy,

I noticed that as of June 10, 2014 a new set of packages were published to http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/x86_64/packages/. Unfortunately, a good deal of common packages are missing including curl, wget, nginx, etc.

Granted I know this project has zero control over the upstream, but this may affect downstream Docker images such as progrium/docker-consul among others. Just a heads up and an offer of help 😄

VERY interesting. That's a huge loss. Do you have any insight into what
happened or how we can find out what happened? I know nothing about the
process behind this repo, but it's possible some packages are just missing
for the moment because their maintainers need to update ... something ...
or something.

They seem to be throwing around packages in their repositories right now - possibly a migration of some sort. We'll have to keep an eye out for it right now, and hopefully it'll settle down.

@robxu9 nice catch, I was digging around trying to find contact details, an activity log, anything to help. Fingers crossed all around that this is transient and we'll be good in a couple of days. Failing that (if I understand the site), the last stable release (http://downloads.openwrt.org/attitude_adjustment/12.09/x86/generic/packages/) might work, although some of it is pretty old.

@fnichol Looks to me that it's all okay now. I see curl, nginx, etc.
