Description
AWS is transitioning to using CSI volume plugins instead of Kubernetes "in-tree" plugins. This means users will be required to manually install the necessary driver in their clusters if upgrading to or installing on clusters with Kubernetes version >=1.23
Modify our installation documentation to explicitly mention this new requirement, as well as provide a link to the relevant AWS documentation.
