This PR creates the minimal project pitch (MPP) template (
MINIMAL-PITCH-TEMPLATE.md), and renames the original project pich template toLONG-PITCH-TEMPLATE.md. The specific fields in the MPP template follow some of the suggestions made in the discussion here and also in discussion with w3dt EMs in Notion here (note this Notion link is only accessible to Protocol Labs employees).
