Description
Assigns migration genesis parameters for IBC modules during migrate process from v039 to v040 chains. Values are based off of an enabled IBC that supports connections to solo-machine and tendermint consensus. It is probable that only tendermint consensus based chains will be allowed in the final mainnet configuration.
