Behavior

Approach:

1. Start Slic3r with new project
2. Import attached STL model (model is without exclamation mark, Manifold = yes)
3. Save project, close Slic3r
4. Start new Slic3r
5. Open saved project (model have exclamation mark, Manifold = Auto-repaired 8 errors)

The triangle meshes were stored with insufficient number of decimal digits into both 3MF and AMF.
Fixed with fb91232 by setting the decimal precision.
