Mac OSX with -d only crashes once course is selected #26

First of all great work, saved me so much fiddling.

I noticed that when I ran it with just -d it went back down to the prompt. I'm on OSX maveriks with node v0.10.32 and worked through with the --cw option.

Thanks again for the helpful app

Looks like guys at mongodb have changed some of the links and they are redirecting to 403 Forbidden instead of the dedicated wiki page.
