It could only affect /dashboard and /research -- we could publish with the notice "Research published. Your post will appear on the main listings within 30 minutes."

I'm implementing this only for the main RSS feed, since I think we've mostly been catching spam within 30 mins of post time, and I keep seeing Charles Hamilton's Twitter feed tweeting spam from our RSS feed, which is getting to me.
