The new Polymer 1.0 is not compatible with Polymer 0.5.x:
- pubnub-element 4.0 and above is compatible with Polymer 1.0
- pubnub-element 3.x is for Polymer 0.5.x
To install the latest:
$ bower install --save pubnub-element
User semver to install a specific version.

Using Polymer 0.5.x and pubnub-element 3.x. Not compatble with Polymer 1.x and pubnub-element 4.x!
