I think this is caused by #277.

[REGGEN]  Generate CDEFS
WARNING: Non-homogeneous multireg PAD skip multireg specific data generation.

As far as I can see, multiregs with multiple fields are not yet supported by regtool's C header generation. Unless someone needs symbols for those, that should not be an issue.
