For pulp-cli there is:

pulp-cli depends on pulp-glue, which can be used as a python library for issuing the same commands as pulp-cli supports from shell.

We should similarly split out a separate pulp-glue-deb python package from pulp-cli-deb. Both packages should be built from the pulp-cli-deb repo.

A pulp-cli plugin with separate pulp-glue: https://github.com/pulp/pulp-cli-gem (was separated from the start).
