  • Use the most recent stable version of action-pulsar-dependency
  • Use coactions/setup-xvfb over GabrielBB/xvfb-action as the latter appears unmaintained and out of date

While the test results look kinda iffy here, as you are more familiar with this repo I'll defer to you on it. If these test results are what you would expect and better than what we currently get by all means lets merge this one

Well, currently the CI is out of date and was previously using action-pulsar-dependency 2.1, I believe. I figured bumping this workflow is at the bare minimum, better than nothing. Though I can see if I can look further back in the history to see what the previous results were and get them posted

Ahh didn't realize we were using such an outdated version. Yeah in that case I'm not to worried here, just saw the format was a bit unfamiliar, but that likely comes at switching to coactions
