Requested Feature

When applying a template to a project, the conductor should output an error if the project and template have mismatched kernel versions instead of "could not find a template satisfying "

Is this Feature Related to a Problem?

Quality of Life, not an issue.

Benefits of Feature

Debugging template installation failures will be much easier. The current error message is not intuitive.

Additional Information

Its a very simple addition, as the kernel versions can simply be checked in the project.pros file of the project and template.
