Describe the changes you've made

• Changes for residual plots allowing multiple estimator residuals to be overlaid
• Some prep work for [BUG] Time Series Plotting when data is transformed is not good. #2364 such as creating a modular time_series_subplot that allows overlaying of time series plots (previously it only allowed 1 plot). This will be used for [BUG] Time Series Plotting when data is transformed is not good. #2364 for making overlays of original, imputed and transformed data.
