The example NetCDFs have not been included in the source distribution of a conda install because they have not been covered in the MANIFIST.in. Because of that the example notebook could not be run by people that did the install via conda-forge.
To fix that I moved the NetCDFs to the
example_datadir where they should be anyway.In this PR I also removed the ununsed csv.py file
Version is bumped to 0.3.2
