Comparing World Bank data to wbdata package #624

https://github.com/OliverSherouse/wbdata is a package focused on World Bank data, which looks to have some overlap to pandas-datareader's World Bank capabilities. I haven't used much either but thought it may be worth knowing about each other. I filed a parallel issue there at OliverSherouse/wbdata#32.

Based on OliverSherouse/wbdata#32 (comment) the projects will not be refactored. Consider closing.
