Fixes to mockforest routines for accepting powerlaw CDDFs. Unrelated, added option to instantiate abssystems upon creating IGMsightilnes from igmguesses output. Also, IGMSightline.make_igmsystems() now adds those systems to igmsightline._abssystems.
