Implement the
write_input()andget_input_file_dict()already inpyiron_base. Thewrite_input()function defined here can then be reused in pyiron/pyiron_atomistics#1446 and pyiron/pyiron_atomistics#1447 and only theget_input_file_dict()function is going to be overwritten / extended.
