Travis is still randomly failing (probably based on which cluster it runs on). See #1207. Probably either needs some work or someone constantly restarting it until it all passes. (Guessing once merged, the builds will still have issues too, if it builds image uploads from master).

FYI, there might be a new 7.3.7 or 7.4.0 release soon: https://foss.heptapod.net/pypy/pypy/-/issues/3580

Can we do a split version (like on the old pypy manylinux)? 7.3.6 for PyPy 3.8, and 7.3.5 for PyPy 3.7? Due to the bug linked, binaries build with 7.3.6 won't load on older versions, and vice versa. This should be fixed in 7.3.7, AFAICT.
