This PR eliminates
MultiDomainBasicAuth.parse_credentials()because it is essentially identical to thesplit_auth_from_netloc()helper function inmisc.py.In the process, I also fixed a minor bug in
split_auth_from_netloc()because it wasn't percent-decoding the username and password like it should -- and likeparse_credentials()was. I carried the logic over fromparse_credentials(), as well as theparse_credentials()test case that was different.
