Description

Hi,
As I searched, Pyrogram hasn't been updated for 9 months. Also, Telegram released a new API for bots (Version 7).
Will Pyrogram update soon?

The developer has disappeared somewhere and there is no information about him or pyrogram updates.
You can use my fork if you need new updates

Is it possible to call the inline button of a web application in your version of the pyrogram?

There isn't and there won't be. You can use aiohttp, requests, selenium or any other library for web for this purpose

I realize that I need to behave like a webapp to use it, but I'm asking how to call, start or run a webApp to get query_id and hash.

@MsLolita, Unfortunately, I don’t know exactly how web apps work, but the general recommendations are: if this is not in the high-level api, use the raw api. If it is not in the raw api, then it is not in MTProto, and therefore it will not be in pyrogram, and there will be no way to do what you want using only pyrogram.

You could try to start from here:
