i just installed the latest pyscripter.
whenever i try to open it , it says : PYTHON COULD NOT BE PROPERLY INITIALIZED, 
WE MUST QUIT.

i dont know what to do.

windows 8
64  bit

I think you are using Python 3.4. Try installing Python 3.3 64bit and by 
installing  Pyscripter in the same directory as Python 3.3 then check.

Until they come out with an update for Python 3.4 it will only work on Python 
3.3 unless you can modify the source code to fix it.
