I can just add this to the Google Calendar, and invite everyone (as optional attendee). I think that way they'll get email notification of the event. But if you want to send another email reminding folks of the tech check, that's fine with me. Thanks. |

Thanks! I think a calendar invite will be adequate (I'll see how many people sign up by tomorrow) with it sending a notification. |

I ended up sending out a private email to everyone signed up for the sprint since only a few people signed up and only had one participant reach out so far. |

@Mariatta would this be sufficient, or are there other details that I should add that you can think of? Also, to help participants be aware of it, should I send out an email to everyone currently signed up for the sprint tomorrow?
