- Replace operator.delitem(obj, index) with "del obj[index]".
- Replace operator.setitem(obj, index, value) with "obj[index] = value".
- Replace delattr(obj, "attr) with "del obj.attr".
- Replace grc() with sys.getrefcount() for readability.
- Issue: Rework test_ctypes #105751
