[BugFix] _call_actor_net does not handle multiple inputs #1728

Description

_call_actor_net method from advantages.py raises the following error when the actor network expects multiple inputs

*** TypeError: select() received an invalid combination of arguments - got (list, inplace=bool, strict=bool), but expected one of:

  • (name dim, int index)
  • (int dim, int index)

This PR fixes that
