First attempt at adding modifiers to composites, but this method of doing it probably won't be used in the future. For now we'll keep it.
Also updated a few VIIRS composites as test usages

This is a first initial step in making corrected reflectances possible in satpy. This properly adds a "crefl_true_color" composite to the
viirs.pyset of composites. @mraspaud and I are still not sure where the best place is for crefl to be called, but this is a start.NOTE: This pull request fixes some important bugs in the
Datasetobject and other various places.
