Resolve #164 - We've "not supported" Python 2.7 for quite some time, but low-key have been making sure PyVista would generally work on Python 2.7 for a while which has been a pain.

These changes stop testing on Python 2.7 on Travis and drop support for installing on Python 2.7 from PyPI.

With 2020 approaching, this is in line with #164 and https://python3statement.org

FYI, version 0.22.4 will still be available and working on PyPI for those stuck in the dark ages using 2.7

With just a few weeks left, it's time to say goodbye. Hopefully this speeds up the CI builds a bit, but I feel like most of the time will still be spent on building the doc examples.

I think it's good to drop support for 2.7 in the latest version. The only thing that motivated me to move to Python 3 was the availability of modern packages only in 3.
