• Sync this branch with main
• Grep for deprecations slated to be removed by v0.43 and remove
• Bump main to 0.44.dev0 (this PR)
• Keep this branch (release/0.43) and update the version to 0.43.0. And commit the change to this branch.
• Tag v0.43.0 and push the tag.
• Verify PyPI have updated.
• Update the conda-forge feedstock have updated.
• Verify docs have updated.
• Generate release documentation

Hey @tkoyama010, this release is turning out fantastic!

Thanks for the inclusion of #5176 for 3D label map visualizations. In medical imaging/machine learning community, we frequently need to quickly visualize image segmentations. What do you think about adding it to the highlights? Here's a better screenshot from the frog tissue labels example:

And I suggest we don't miss the "Add more typehints" (#5171) PR - a huge QoL improvement for PyVista users, along with all the vtk 9.3 support this release brings.
