Just wanted to capture this at the holoviews side. Since examples.pyviz.org is relatively stable now, at some point we should:

take a pass through the dependencies and get rid of anything that is no longer needed
link to holoviews topics at examples.pyviz.org
make sure all notebooks are running in smoke tests
get docs building on travis and deploying to gh-pages
with a dev page at pyviz-dev.github.io/holoviews
switch from sphinx_ioam_theme to sphinx_pyviz_theme

For reference, here is the analogous datashader PR.
