There appears to be some python code in 961a3f4 that is not formatted according
to the psf/black specification. This pull request
formats the code in question and is inline with the
pyxem developers guide

I think this could be fine, but our psf action uses the at:stable and this workflow uses something else. We will have to have a think about what the simplest approach is overall.
