Note that all signatures of the binaries are validation that these are the release binaries, but are not validation of the binary contents. Because our binaries cannot be reproduced in an identical way, we cannot cryptographically verify the builds made by Travis CI that are present here.

This is the first published release since 1.16.3, due to deploy issues with v1.17.0 and v1.17.1.
