Enables [qTranslate-X](https://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate-x/) multilingual framework for plugin [All in One SEO Pack](https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/).

At least version 3.2 of [qTranslate-X](https://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate-x/) is required.
