Joined "SEO friendly" string, because not in all languages make sense to translate SEO + 'friendly' (string).
Enables translation of "and" in the group of functions sentence.

Keep two sentences separated as other options.
Changed hardcoded titles to transtation strings: 'General Settings' 'Advanced Settings'
Corrected hardcoded title to translation string: 'qTranslate Services Settings'
Included domain 'qtranslate' to grant more control than with regular and admin WordPress language files.
The qtranslate.pot generated from source files in 2.9.6 version. Fully translatable now :)
