软件底层问题
libtorrent ipv6的bug，在磁力获取中，如果peer为ipv6则无法进行交互种子文件。
ipv4双peer内网，连不上，只工作与ipv6
在IPV6网络能通的检索到，都建立连接了，就是不进行torrent的文件下载交互。
