Went from 4.3.0.1 to 4.3.1 and the torrents I had queued became stuck at downloading metadata. Deleting them and adding them back didn't fix it. Pausing and resuming just led them back to downloading metadata status.

Closing as this was reported on a very old version and thereby most likely resolved now. If you’re still experiencing this issue on latest version then create a new ticket with updated information.
