Windows 7 64bit, official 32bit qBittorrent 3.1.9 build.

When DST came in effect here advancing the clock one hour forward, qBittorrent invalidated the fast-resume for all loaded torrents. Example log entry:

30/03/2014 04:42:28 - Fast resume data was rejected for torrent WoT_0.8.11_eu_install.zip, checking again... 30/03/2014 04:42:28 - Reason: WoT_0.8.11_eu_install.zip fast resume rejected: mismatching file timestamp

Not a qbt problem. Read from this comment and afterwards: #550 (comment)
